NOTES

Fall Fishing Heats Up Near Panama City

Panama Canal - Broward, FL

The fishing remains excellent here in Panama City, FL for Unorthodox Charters! We've been experiencing great success across the board this past week.

Nearshore trips are seeing fantastic action with King Mackerel being caught consistently while trolling, alongside a good mix of Spanish Mackerel and Bonito. For anglers opting for bottom fishing, we're finding strong numbers of Mangrove Snapper and solid Red Snapper (when in season), providing great fights and great table fare. The clarity of the water is holding up well, which is contributing to active bites throughout the day. We recommend booking an early morning or late afternoon charter to capitalize on peak feeding times.

Our inshore trips are producing steady catches of Redfish and good-sized Flounder around the bay structure and inlet passes. The sharks are also still very active in the deeper cuts, offering thrilling battles for those looking for heavy tackle action. Come join us to see what the Gulf Coast has to offer!
